Position Overview:

We’re looking for someone who knows the local shoreline fishing and lobstering scene and can provide fun, hands-on experiences for clients of all skill levels—no boat required.
Requirements:
● Strong knowledge of local shore fishing spots (beaches, docks, jetties, etc.) and shore-access lobstering areas
● Experience targeting species common to the area (striped bass, bluefish, flounder, etc.)
● Knowledge of Massachusetts lobstering regulations, seasons, and conservation practices
● Ability to teach beginners and assist more experienced anglers and lobstering participants
● Reliable transportation to various fishing and lobstering locations
● Friendly, professional, and customer-focused attitude
● Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions
Responsibilities:
● Lead guided shore fishing and lobstering trips for individuals and small groups
● Teach casting, baiting, fishing techniques, and shore-based lobstering methods

Responsibilities:

• Deliver fresh seafood and live bait to residential and commercial customers

• Safely handle and transport live and frozen products

• Follow all Board of Health and food safety regulations

• Load and unload products (must be able to lift 50+ lbs)

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of delivery vehicle

• Assist with packing orders and inventory when needed

• Safely back up and maneuver a trailer (experience preferred)

• Provide friendly and professional customer service

Requirements:

• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record

• Must pass driving background check

• Ability to lift 50+ lbs consistently

• Comfortable working with live bait and seafood

• Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated

• Trailer experience is a big plus
