What You’ll Do:
• Build and manage accounts (restaurants, markets, etc.)
• Drive new business + increase sales
• Maintain strong customer relationships
• Work closely with our delivery/operations team

Requirements:
• Seafood industry experience (REQUIRED)
• Strong knowledge of South Shore, Boston and Cape Cod market
• Sales experience + motivated mindset

Cape Sea Delivery LLC is a growing mobile seafood and bait business looking for motivated individuals to join our commercial fishing operation.

This is a great opportunity for someone looking to get into the industry or gain hands-on experience.

What you’ll be doing:
• Commercial fishing for… (included, but not limited to)
green crab, blue crab, mackerel, squid, blue fish,and scup
• Handling, sorting, and storing catch
• Baiting and tending traps (green crab traps provided)
• Assisting with general fishing operations

What we’re looking for:
• Someone eager to obtain a commercial fishing license
• Reliable and ready to work early mornings
• Ability to handle physical work
• Own rod & reel is a plus (not required)
• 3 references preferred

Pay: Percentage of sales per catch (earn based on what you bring in)

Cape Sea Delivery is looking for a reliable, hardworking individual to join our growing team! This position involves delivering fresh seafood and live bait to customers while ensuring top-quality handling and service.

Responsibilities:
• Deliver fresh seafood and live bait to residential and commercial customers
• Safely handle and transport live and frozen products
• Follow all Board of Health and food safety regulations
• Load and unload products (must be able to lift 50+ lbs)
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of delivery vehicle
• Assist with packing orders and inventory when needed
• Safely back up and maneuver a trailer (experience preferred)
• Provide friendly and professional customer service

Requirements:
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
• Must pass driving background check
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs consistently
• Comfortable working with live bait and seafood
• Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated
• Trailer experience is a big plus

Bonus Skills (not required but a plus):
• Experience in seafood handling or commercial fishing
• Knowledge of local South Shore area, Boston and Cape Cod
• Basic mechanical or trailer hookup knowledge

Pay: Competitive – based on experience
