Less Seas Fishing Guides is looking for an experienced and reliable Vessel Fishing & Lobstering Guide to lead guided fishing and lobstering tours throughout the South Shore, Boston, and Cape Cod area.

Position Overview:
We’re seeking a knowledgeable captain who can provide safe, enjoyable, and memorable fishing and lobstering experiences for our customers. This is a great opportunity for someone who loves being on the water, sharing their expertise, and working with people.

Requirements:
● Must own and operate your own boat (vessel)
● Must hold a valid U.S. Coast Guard Captain’s License
● Strong knowledge of local waters, fishing techniques, and lobstering practices
● Experience handling lobster gear, traps, and related equipment
● Ability to provide a fun, educational, and professional experience for guests
● Reliable, punctual, and safety-focused
● Comfortable working in varying weather conditions
Responsibilities:
● Lead guided fishing and lobstering trips for individuals and groups
● Educate guests on local fishing and lobstering techniques, regulations, and conservation practices
● Ensure all passengers follow safety guidelines
● Assist guests with fishing gear, bait, lobster traps, and related equipment
● Maintain vessel cleanliness and readiness
● Provide excellent customer service from start to finish
