Health and Safety
Living well on campus
As a cadet at Massachusetts Maritime Academy, you will have every opportunity to take advantage of healthy living options on our safe campus and inclusive community.
Spend an hour in the fitness centers, join an SGA club, or take a cooking lesson to keep your engine running. When bumps in the road arise, our Health Services is here to provide you with medical care. You can also participate in confidential counseling services.
Fitness and Recreation
There are a number of ways to stay active and work on your fitness at the Academy. From joining Athletics, to using one of our fitness centers, to joining a club, you have the options of a large campus within our tight community.
Our dining service, Chartwells, is committed to serving healthy and nutritious options on campus to meet the needs of all guests. We are proud to be serving the community cuisines to nourish their mind and bodies. From sourcing our ingredients to preparing our menus, we keep health and wellness at the forefront of everything we do.
Diversity and Inclusion
As one campus community, we must come together to embrace diversity head-on. In striving for social justice, it is essential that we promote unity, equity, and inclusion in our effort to denounce racism and every form of discrimination in our society.
