The Beverly Yacht Club is looking to hire seasonal full time and part time Launch Drivers for the 2024 season from May through October!
• Must hold a Launch Tender’s (Limited Master Inland) license at minimum and TWIC card for Launch operation
• Subject to Pre-employment and Random Drug Testing
Benefits and Logistics:
• Beautiful working environment at one of the finest yacht clubs in the country.
• CPR and First Aid requirements are provided by the club as well as a uniform upon hire.
• BYC offers support to obtain a launch driver’s license. Contact New England Maritime in Hyannis or North East Maritime in Fairhaven for course schedule. Plan on taking the course by February 2024 to obtain a license in time for the start of the season.
• Now is the time to begin the process of becoming a licensed launch driver
Duties and responsibilities:
• Drivers operate a 26’ launch mornings, afternoons, and evenings, 7 days a week.
• A friendly, helpful and professional manner is of great importance!
• Other duties may be assigned related to Yacht Club functions
