Lead Marine Technician / Assistant Service Manager

We’re growing our service team and looking for an experienced marine technician who’s ready to take the next step.
This is a hands-on position working directly alongside our Service Manager as their right-hand person — diagnosing and repairing engines, keeping service jobs moving, helping other technicians, and assisting with day-to-day shop operations

🔧 We’re looking for someone with experience in:
• Marine engine diagnostics & repair
• Outboards, sterndrives & inboards
• Mercury/MerCruiser, Volvo Penta, Yamaha and/or Suzuki
• Marine electrical, fuel & cooling systems
• Winterization, commissioning & seasonal service
Factory certifications are a plus, but strong hands-on experience matters most.
