A Less Seas Fishing Guides is looking for an experienced and reliable Vessel Fishing Guide to lead guided fishing tours throughout the South Shore, Boston and Cape Cod area.

Position Overview:
We’re seeking a knowledgeable captain who can provide safe, enjoyable, and memorable fishing experiences for our customers. This is a great opportunity for someone who loves being on the water and working with people.

📍 Location:
Boston, South Shore, MA & Cape Cod

Requirements:

Must own and operate your own boat (vessel)
Must hold a valid U.S. Coast Guard Captain’s License
Strong knowledge of local waters and fishing techniques
Ability to provide a fun, professional experience for guests
Reliable, punctual, and safety-focused
Comfortable working in varying weather conditions

Responsibilities:

Lead guided fishing trips for individuals and groups
Ensure all passengers follow safety guidelines
Assist guests with gear, bait, and techniques
Maintain vessel cleanliness and readiness
Provide excellent customer service from start to finish

Pay:
