Primary Focus: Direct shift leadership and safe operation of the steam plant, including boilers, turbines, fuel-processing systems, electric-generating equipment, maintenance clearances, emergency response, environmental compliance, and employee development.

Required or Preferred Background: Massachusetts Second Class Engineer License required; minimum three years of supervisory or engineering experience in power generation, utility operations, Thermomechanical Treatment, resource recovery, marine engineering, or another heavy-industrial environment.

Schedule / Work Environment: Rotating shift schedule; industrial plant environment; climbing, lifting up to 50 pounds, working at heights and in confined spaces, and wearing a full-face respirator.

Salary Range: $108,900-$155,600
Sign On Bonus: Up to $20,000 for qualified candidates
