**Job Title: Marine Technical Sales engineer **

LOCATION : US EAST COAST, preferably Florida.

Job Overview:
USA based marine solution provider seeks a dynamic and results-driven Marine Sales engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in marine equipment, preferably experienced with purifiers, separators, and heat exchangers. The role involves building and maintaining relationships with clients, providing technical expertise, and driving sales in the marine sector.

• In the E/R division, we specialize in the supply of spares and services for purifiers, separators, and heat exchangers.
• With a commitment to quality and excellence, we serve the maritime industry by delivering top-notch products and technical support.
• Located in New York City, we are open to applicants based in other maritime hubs including Texas and Florida.

We prefer full time, however would consider part time as well.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Client Engagement: Visit clients virtually and in person in offices and onboard ships to understand their technical requirements and provide customized solutions.
2. Product Knowledge: Demonstrate in-depth knowledge the company’s portfolio of solutions.
3. Sales Generation: Identify and pursue new business opportunities while maintaining and growing existing client accounts. Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall revenue goals.
4. Technical Support: Act as a technical liaison between clients and internal teams, providing support and troubleshooting assistance as needed.
5. Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to identify opportunities for business growth.
6. Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team, engineers, and other departments to ensure seamless coordination and customer satisfaction.
7. Reporting: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions, sales activities, and market feedback. Prepare regular reports for management.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering preferred, Maritime Studies, or a related field.
-Sailing/ engine experience a plus
- Proven experience in technical sales within the marine industry preferred.
-Understanding of marine equipment and technical specifications.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients at various levels.
- Willingness to travel extensively, including visits to client offices and ships.
- Working use of Italian and/or Croatian language a plus.
