Position 1:
Week 1: Monday Through Friday, 11:00 PM-7:00 AM
Week 2: Tuesday Through Saturday, 11:00 PM-7:00 AM
Position 2:
Friday Through Monday 10:00 PM-8:00 AM
Position 3:
Week 1: Monday Through Wednesday 11:00 PM-7:00 AM; Saturday & Sunday 11:00 PM-7:00 AM
Week 2: Monday Through Thursday 11:00 PM-7:00 AM; Sunday 11:00 PM-7:00 AM
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
The primary responsibilities of this position are focused on monitoring the critical mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems that support the critical environments within the facility. As well as monitoring vendor and construction activity.
• The ability to respond to critical system failures and other events, requiring competent and effective emergency response
• Perform daily equipment rounds, complete log entries, utilize a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS)
• Available to respond to emergencies in a timely fashion 24x7
• The ability to perform maintenance and repairs of Data Center Mechanical and Electrical systems
• Satisfactorily pass the Markley Group Operating Engineer verbal exam
• Possess a comprehensive and functional knowledge of data center MEP systems, including but not limited to UPS, generators, switchgear, breakers, PDUs, transfer switches,
• Understanding of and ability to comply with OSHA, NFPA and other workplace Safety standards
• Complete and pass a minimum of two (2) Engineering Skills training courses per month (course selection by Supervisor)
• Must be available to cover other shifts as needed, may be different day and hours.
• Responsible for information security by appropriately preserving the Confidentiality, Integrity, and Availability (CIA) of Markley Group information assets in accordance with the company's information security program
