The Operations & Maintenance Technician will support the safe and efficient operation of its liquefied natural gas (LNG facility). This role is responsible for equipment maintenance, inspections, troubleshooting, and daily plant operations.

Base Pay: $44.60-$45.08 per hour, offer depending on experience

Qualifications:

Ability to understand and follow written verbal instructions.
Ability to interpret electrical schematics, P&IDs, and process flow diagrams.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.
Ability to work independently and troubleshoot equipment issues.
Willingness to work rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays.
Ability to work in a hazardous industrial environment and wear required personal protective equipment.

Physical Requirements & Schedule:

Ability to stand for extended periods, climb stairs and ladders, and lift up to 50 pounds.
Must be able to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
Position follows a rotating 12-hour shift schedule, including weekends and holidays. Periodic on-call availability may be required.

Responsibilities:

Perform routine operations and maintenance activities while working a rotating shift.
Conduct mechanical, electrical, and instrumentation maintenance on pumps, engines, motors, compresses, valves, piping, and other plant equipment.
Take equipment readings, monitor performance, and identify abnormal conditions.
Perform routine inspections and preventative and corrective maintenance.
Operate plant equipment as needed to support LNG liquefaction, storage, and truck-loading operations.
Follow safety procedures, maintain accurate equipment logs, and report operational concerns.
Complete required company-sponsored training and participate in emergency response procedures.

Control Room Operator
Charlton, MA

The Control Room Operator will be responsible for monitoring and controlling plant operations, including LNG storage, pretreatment, liquefaction, and truck loading. This position plays an important role in maintain safe, efficient, and reliable facility operations.

Base Pay:

New hires start at $44.60-$45.08 per hour during training
Once qualified for the CRO role, compensation increases to $58.49-$59.15 per hour

Qualifications:

Ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions.
Previous experience in LNG operations or the industrial gas industry is highly preferred
Utility or maritime industry experience is a plus.
Experience with industrial equipment and process control systems is beneficial.
Strong troubleshooting, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and respond effectively to alarms and changing operating conditions.
Must possess and maintain a valid driver’s license.

Conduct routine equipment checks, inspections, and safety assessments.
Maintain accurate operational logs and documentation.
Coordinate with maintenance personnel to schedule preventive maintenance and repairs.
Identify potential hazards and ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements.
Participate in emergency response drills and complete required company-sponsored training.

LNG Plant Engineer

The LNG Plant Engineer services as a key technical resource for the LNG facility. This role provides engineering leadership across plant operations, projects, equipment reliability, and process improvements while ensuring compliance with applicable safety and regulatory standards.

Base Salary: $130,000-$165,000 annually

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Chemical, Electrical, or Process Engineering.
8+ years of experience in LNG, gas processing, cryogenic operations, or industrial plant systems.
Strong knowledge of LNG systems, cryogenics, process safety, and engineering principles.
Experience with PLC/DCS, instrumentation, and engineering software.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
P.E. license preferred; valid U.S. driver’s license required.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide engineering support for LNG process systems, equipment, and controls.
Lead engineering projects from concept through commissioning, inlucidng planning, budgeting, scheduling, and documentation.
Review P&IDs, process flow diagrams, equipment specifications, and engineering calculations.
Troubleshoot equipment and process issues and improve plant reliability.
Coordinate with operations, maintenance, contractors, and vendors.
Support safety assessments, audits, and regulatory compliance.
Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, safety, and plant performance.
