Facility Shift Supervisor works 12-hour rotating shift and is responsible efficient operation of the boilers, turbine and steam plant while monitoring the expected energy output required under ISO guidelines. Shift supervisor makes routine tours of the plant and direct personnel or personally perform the required operations, as well as coordinating the required operations of all personnel assigned to his shift. Qualified candidates should have 3 years' experience with power plant operations. Possess a detailed knowledge of power plant equipment. Leadership & Training skills are required to train personnel assigned to shift supervisor on their shift. 1st Class or 2nd Class Engineer MA License is required. Salary is to $157,500 + $20,000 Sign on bonus and a year-end bonus of 13%.
