Facility Shift Supervisor is responsible for safe and efficient operation of the power plant during assigned shift including monitoring of the boilers, turbine and steam plant operation. Shift Supervisor is responsible for the technical training of all personnel on his assigned shift. Personnel leadership qualities are a premium for this position. Qualified candidates should have 3 years power plant operations experience. Detailed knowledge of power plant equipment, operating procedures and standards to properly maintain and enforce cost effective, safe and efficient Facility Operations. Position requires a MA 1st or 2nd Class Engineer License. Position also requires working 12 rotating shift schedules. Salary is $157,500 + $20,000 Sign on Bonus and be eligible for year-end 13% Bonus. Benefit package includes Health, Life and accident insurance which is family friendly.
