Summary

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Maintenance Technician to join our team at a leading pharmaceutical facility. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting of facility equipment and systems to ensure smooth operations and compliance with industry standards. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in maintenance within the pharmaceutical or related manufacturing industry

Description

Perform routine maintenance and repairs on building systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems;
Conduct regular inspections to identify and address potential issues before they become critical;
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes;
Monitor and manage building automation systems to maintain optimal performance;
Coordinate with external contractors for specialized maintenance and repair work;
Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders, inspections, and inventory of supplies;
Respond promptly to building emergencies and resolve issues efficiently;
Assist in the implementation of energy-saving initiatives and sustainability practices;
Collaborate with other departments to support facility-related projects and improvements;
Troubleshoot and diagnose equipment malfunctions to determine necessary repairs and minimize downtime.
GMP Compliance:

Ensure all maintenance activities comply with Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) standards and facility regulations;
Maintain accurate maintenance records and documentation in accordance with GMP requirements;
Participate in audits and inspections to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
Safety and Quality Assurance:

Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment;
Identify and report safety hazards and work with the team to implement corrective actions;
Ensure maintenance work is performed to the highest quality standards to maintain equipment reliability and performance.
Requirements / Qualifications

Is authorized to work in the US;
Is qualified to pass a security screening;
Minimum of 3 years of experience in maintenance within the pharmaceutical or related manufacturing industry;
Technical diploma or certification in a relevant field (e.g., electrical, mechanical, HVAC) is preferred;
Knowledge of GMP processes and regulatory requirements;
Proficiency in troubleshooting and repairing mechanical, electrical, and HVAC systems;
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds;
Ability to climb ladders and work at heights;
Ability to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods;
Experience with computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS);
Additional certifications in safety, HVAC, or electrical systems.

Position Overview:
We are seeking a Project Administrator to support our HVAC service and project operations team. This role is focused on keeping service projects organized, ensuring work is properly documented, and helping projects move efficiently from kickoff through closeout. The ideal candidate understands the pace of service work and can manage multiple moving pieces without losing attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:

Support Project Managers and Service Managers with day-to-day project coordination
Create and track work orders, service tickets, and project documentation
Assist with scheduling technicians and coordinating with field teams
Prepare and manage purchase orders, vendor coordination, and equipment tracking
Process invoices, track costs, and assist with job costing
Maintain accurate records of proposals, contracts, service reports, and closeout documents
Communicate with customers, subcontractors, and internal teams to keep projects moving
Follow up on open items such as parts, labor, and outstanding paperwork
Help ensure projects are aligned with scope, timelines, and budget expectations

Qualifications:

2+ years of administrative or project support experience (HVAC, construction, or service industry preferred)
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple active jobs
Experience with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)
Familiarity with service software (e.g., ServiceTitan, Jonas, or similar) is a plus
Solid communication skills and ability to work with both office and field personnel
Detail-oriented and able to follow processes consistently

Preferred Experience:

HVAC or mechanical service background
Experience with work orders, dispatching, or technician scheduling
Understanding of job costing, POs, and invoicing workflows
