Nice to Meet You Sessions

The Nice to Meet You Session series is designed to provide admitted and deposited students and their families with relevant information from a variety of campus offices. Connect with staff and cadets representing the services and resources you will need most on campus! Learn more about what these offices have to offer and how to access them this fall. Also hear from current cadets about their experiences! Admitted students and their families are welcome - attend as many or as few sessions as you would like!

Student Financial Services

Learn more about Student Financial Services, which includes Financial Aid and Student Billing. Hear from Cathy Kedski, Director of Student Services, about the services provided, financial aid process, and student billing. 

Office of Intercultural Engagement

Join Mike Ortiz, Associate Director, and Patrick Nobrega, Assistant Director, as they share the mission of the Office of Intercultural Engagement. They will discuss study abroad experiences and international programming as well as campus resources and events.

Health Services

Take this opportunity to meet with Judy Kaechele from our Health Services Office. She will provide you an overview of the services their office can provide you, some specifics about the required medical documents you'll need to submit prior to your enrollment, and answer any additional questions you may have.

Career Services

Learn more about the Career Services Office and how they assist students with placement in internships, co-ops, post-grad job searches, and our bi-annual Career Fair. Maryanne Richards, Director of Career Services, shares more about how Career Services can help from Freshman to Alumni.

Student Leadership & Regiment

Hear more about the Regiment of Cadets and its role in life at the Academy. Engage with current Regimental staff and leadership to better understand how our Regiment operates and what your future leadership opportunities will be.

7th Co

Interested in participating in Marching Band, Drill Team, or Honor Guard? Join to find out what it's like to be a member of 7th Co! We will discuss the differences between groups within 7th Company, the obligations, requirements to join, events to expect, and more! You will hear from Lt. Wayne Magee and current 7th Company cadets, and have the opportunity to get your questions answered.

Academic Success

This session will explore the necessary steps to ensure academic success! Wendy Maynard, Assistant Registrar, will share more about the role of the Registrar's Office, critical courses, academic advising, and academic support resources available to students.
