Testing & Balancing Estimator / Assistance Project Manager

Milharmer Associates Inc is an HVAC Testing and Balancing contractor servicing the mechanical trades, Owners and Engineers in the New England area. The position entails doing take-offs of mechanical equipment from plans and reviewing specifications received from our clients to determine our scope of work. The position will also evolve to include job site inspections to review project status and system installations that we will be balancing.
