Candidates for this position should have 2 years of experience of power plant operations experience. This position will test your leadership & training skills. Shift Supervisor should have a detailed knowledge of power plant operations. Should possess of power plant equipment experience and knowledge to implement operating procedures. Must be sure that there is enough power generation during their shift to service Municipal, Commercial, Industrial and Residential clients.
