This individual will be responsible for the safe and efficient operation of the Facility during assigned shift including the monitoring of the boilers, turbines and steam plant ensuring proper power output during your shift. Leadership experience is required because you must train each individual on your shift as to their responsibilities. MA 1st Class or 2nd Class Engineer license desired. Base Salary $151,000 + $20,000 Sign on Bonus + Annual Bonus & other employee incentives. You may be eligible for 13% of your base for an annual bonus. Qualified candidates should have 3 years of power plant operations experience. Detailed knowledge of power plant equipment, operating procedures and standards to properly maintain and enforce cost effective, safe and efficient operations during shift.
