The Shift Supervisor is responsible for the TECHNICAL Training of all personnel on their assigned shift. Qualified candidates should have 3 years power plant operations experience. Detailed knowledge of power plant equipment, operating procedures experience. Strong LEADERSHIP ability is a must. Must be current on power plant output requirements per shift and pass that information onto your replacement. Requires working 12 hour rotating shift schedule and possess a MA 2nd Class Engineer License. Salary $157,500 + $20,000 Sign on bonus + be eligible for a 13% year-end bonus.
