Shift Supervisor

Qualified Candidates should have Power Plant Operations experience. Detailed knowledge of power plant equipment. Experience operating procedures and standards to maintain and enforce operational efficiency. Excellent communications skills, strong leadership skills and the ability to teach those skills to personnel assigned to their shift. Shift Supervisor should have a 1st or 2nd Class MA Engineers license. All shift supervisors must be able to work multiple locations within the plant. Salary to $150,000 + $20,000 Sign on Bonus.
