Shift Supervisor

Qualified candidates should have 3 years power plant operations experience. Detailed knowledge of Power Plant equipment, operating procedures and standards to properly maintain and enforce efficient Facility Operations. Communication skills, leadership abilities and problem solving/decision skills. Able to maintain special licenses including a 2nd Class Engineer License. Shift Supervisor are required to work a 12-hour rotating shift schedule. Salary midpoint is $130,000 Plus a very generous benefit package. MA Maritime Graduates are encouraged to apply.
