Good Harbor is staffing for a Facilities Technician to work onsite in Bedford and Burlington for one of our Pharmaceutical clients. This is a 6 month contract to hire position.

Day to day responsibilities:
• Responding to work orders in BM RAM CMMS. Completing work orders and preparing/filing relevant documentation.
• Updating preventative maintenance tasks and schedules in CMMS. Managing equipment files and maintenance SOP’s.
• Managing vendor activity onsite, which includes ensuring safety procedures are followed, work permits and approvals are in place. Scheduling space access with cross functional teams.
• Following SOP’s to perform preventative maintenance of building systems and facility equipment.
o Changing filters, replacing parts and seals, lubrication, battery checks, water system inspections
• Coordinating and assisting with equipment moves in the lab, cleanroom and general spaces.
