Qualified Facility Shift Supervisor should have 3 years' experience in power plant operations experience. Knowledge of power plant equipment, LEADERSHIP qualities, knowledge of operating procedures and standards to properly maintain and enforce cost effective Facility Operations. Communications skills to train personnel assigned to your shift. Problem Solving and decision-making skills should be part of your arsenal of skills. Must possess a Massachusetts Second Class Engineer's License. All shift supervisors should be able to work in all assigned locations of the plant. Ability to work 12-Hour Rotating Shifts.
