Shift Supervisor is responsible for safe operation of the Facility during his watch. Position requires working 12-hour rotating shift schedule. A Ma. 1st or 2nd class engineer's license is required. Qualities desired in a shift supervisor include strong leadership abilities, teaching and training skills and experience with all facility equipment. 3 years of plant operations desired. All Shift Supervisors must have experience in working in all areas of the facility. Salary is $157,500 + $20,000 Sign on Bonus and Eligible for a year bonus up to 13%.
