A Less Seas Fishing Guides is looking for an experienced and outgoing Shore Fishing Guide to lead guided fishing trips along the South Shore of Boston and Cape Cod area.

Location:
Boston, South Shore, MA & Cape Cod (beaches, jetties, piers, and shoreline spots)

Position Overview:
We’re looking for someone who knows the local shoreline fishing scene and can provide fun, hands-on experiences for clients of all skill levels—no boat required.

Requirements:

-Strong knowledge of local shore fishing spots (beaches, docks, jetties, etc.)
-Experience targeting species common to the area (striped bass, bluefish, flounder, etc.)
-Ability to teach beginners and assist more experienced anglers
-Reliable transportation to various fishing locations
-Friendly, professional, and customer-focused attitude
-Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions

Responsibilities:

-Lead guided shore fishing trips for individuals and small groups
-Teach casting, baiting, and fishing techniques
-Help clients with gear setup and fish handling
-Ensure safety and awareness of tides and conditions
-Provide a fun, engaging, and memorable experience

Pay:
