Shift Supervisor

Shift Supervisor is responsible for Facility Operation during the shift. Shift Supervisor is required to make routine tours of the plant and oversee the work of the operators on their shift. In the event of emergencies or unusual operations the shift supervisor will direct staff to perform required operation to keep facility operating at full capacity. The Shift Supervisor is responsible for the technical training of all personnel on their assigned shift. Position requires a 2nd Class Engineer license and the ability to work a DuPont rotating shift schedule. Salary depends on experience and has a very generous bonus and family benefit package.
