Shift Supervisor

Qualified candidate for the Shift Supervisor position should be able to work a Dupont Schedule 12-Hour rotating shift. Experience with Facility Operations with the ability to educate personnel assigned to your shift. Knowledge of plant equipment, operating procedures, and maintain efficient Facility Operations. Problem solving, decision making and leadership are essential to the position. Shift Supervisors should be able to work all areas within the facility and lead by example. Salary depends on experience and beside a benefit package you will receive a $20,000 sign on bonus. MA Maritime Graduates are encouraged to apply.
