Shift Supervisor

Shift Supervisor is responsible for safe & efficient operation during assigned shift. those duties include Monitoring Boilers, turbines and steam plant. The shift supervisor is responsible for the technical training of all personnel on the assigned shift. Qualified candidates should have 3 years of power plant operations experience. Detailed knowledge of Power Plant equipment, operating procedures and standards to maintain and enforce cost effective facility Operations. Communication skills, leadership skills and Power Plant problem solving skills desired. Must have a MA 2nd Class Engineers License and ability to work 12-hour rotating shifts. Salary midpoint is $130,000 + eligible for 13% annual bonus, health benefits day 1 of employment and position also requires OT as needed. MA Maritime Graduates encouraged to apply.
