Shift Supervisor should have 3-5 years power Plant operations experience. Detailed knowledge of Power Plant equipment, operating procedure standards to properly maintain and enforce cost effective, safe and efficient Facility Operations. Demonstrated Leadership Abilities. Must possess a Massachusetts 1st or 2nd Class Engineers license. Training the personnel assigned to your shift is required.
