Responsibilities:

Strong Communication Ability (writing-proofing-editing)
Create interactive forms in MS WORD-ADOBE, Electronic Publishing Skills a plus, knowledge of Hyperlinking, working with Graphics, Prints & Schematics, Electronic Construction.
Maintain and construct all forms and Electronic Forms Catalog for Electronic Management Systems and one stand-alone Electronic Regulatory System.
Research and development for Electronic Management System Form Design, assisting with Manual Layouts, and Formatting.
Troubleshooting software issues regarding Electronic Forms and Document Systems.
Electronically Populate and maintain Archiving Systems and Electronic Management Systems
Familiar with and Ability to Work with Database Operations, Structures
Heavy ‘Diverse’ Data Entry, Data manipulation, Data Monitoring, and Electronic Filing of the Data
Preparation of Electronic Federal and State Government Applications and Submissions for licensing, Filing, and Permitting via Federal Websites for compliance.
Monitors Key Point Indicators and Crew Input Reviews for Compliance Dept.
Ability to work Independently with little or no supervision.
General administrative duties-express mailings, postal services and email correspondences, some light phone work, e-filing, participation in Compliance and regulatory meetings when required.
Must work with many types and levels of employees.
Perform other duties as directed by the Compliance Manager in relation to the aforementioned.

Requirements:

Attention to detail.
Effective and strong communicator both verbally and in writing.
Excellent computer skills, specifically using ADOBE and the complete Microsoft suite of applications.
3 to 5 years of maritime industry experience a huge plus.
A self-starter who can work independently on projects as needed.

Salary Range 50k to 75k
