The Facility Control Room Operator leads and directs employees also directs the operation of the facility. The CRO is responsible for monitoring the status of all plant systems on a continual basis. The CRO will respond to alarms by taking appropriate actions and execute plant shut-down and start-up procedures to ensure that the Facility meets its generating requirements while operating in a safe and efficient manner. To qualify candidate must have a 3rd Engineer License taking the 2nd Class Engineer Exam or have a 2nd Class Engineer License. Associate's degree in a technical field desired. Strong Leadership skills proven in past employment. Compensation has an extremely generous hourly rate + a $10,000 sign on bonus.
