Company seeks a control systems engineer to provide clients with innovative technical solutions for their automation needs. Scope includes new automation equipment projects, control system upgrades, as well as troubleshooting existing customer control systems. Project applications involve integration of PLC, HMI, VFDs, instrumentation, computers and networks.

Duties Include:
Programming of Programmable Logic Controllers
Programming Operator Interfaces
Specification of Instrumentation and Control Valves
Developing Engineering Drawings of Control Panels
Developing Electrical Wiring Diagrams
Control System Architecture Design
On-site wiring review and equipment start-up assistance.
Requirements:
Bachelor of Science in Marine, Facilities, Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, or Computer Engineering .

Skills and Experiences:
Qualified Candidates shall exhibit one or more of the following attributes:
• Experience working in Chilled Water Plants, Boiler Plants, Waste Water Plants, Power Generation and Distribution Plants.
• 2nd Engineer USCG Steam or Diesel unlimited horsepower.
• 2 + years as an operator in an industrial power generation facilitiy.
• 2+ years working with and programming automated equipment including PLCs and VFDs.
• Experience in programming of one or more of the following PLC platforms: Allen Bradley, Modicon, GE Fanuc, Siemens.
• Hands-on experience with electrical panel, design, build and troubleshooting; including field installation of automation systems equipment, instrumentation, and end devices.
• Experience in hardware and software design development for process and energy based applications.
• Experience in programming one or more of the following SCADA packages: RSFactoryTalk, Wonderware, Genesis Iconics, iFix.
• Experience with information technology infrastructure components as they relate to industrial automation systems.
• Experience working in Chilled Water Plants, Boiler Plants, Waste Water Plants, Power Generation and Distribution Plants.
• Experience in using AutoCad
• Experience in third-party integration devices connected through Modbus, LON, Ethernet IP, Siemens P2, BACNET, or other communication protocols.
• The ability to work independently as well as on a project team.

Mobile Maintenance Technician

Perform preventive maintenance and corrective repair of buildings, building systems and equipment, vehicles, and grounds within a geographical area/route potentially across multiple sites North & South of Boston, MA
Uses several trade skills such as welding, carpentry, plumbing, electrical, painting, roofing, heating and cooling. Must be flexible on schedule.
Aligns with all applicable codes, regulations, governmental agency and Company directives related to building operations and work safety.
Performs assigned day-to-day repairs, emergency and preventive maintenance. Complete maintenance and repairs records.
Reviews assigned work orders. Estimates time and materials needed to complete repair. Orders materials and supplies to finish the tasks. Applies CMMS to handle work orders and supervise completion.
Assists with installation and modification of building equipment systems. This includes: plumbing systems, kitchen equipment, roofs, drains, shop, and HVAC.
Inspects building systems including fire alarms, HVAC, and plumbing to ensure operation of equipment is within design capabilities and achieves environmental conditions prescribed by client.
Coordinates and inspects the work performed by outside contractors.
Supports an energy management program to ensure measures are taken to operate all systems in the most efficient manner to keep operating costs at a minimum.
Maintains lighting systems throughout the facility, cleaning fixtures and replacing bulbs and lamps. Performs welding, carpentry, furniture assembly and locksmith tasks as needed.
