Technical Inside Sales Representative

We are currently seeking a Technical Inside Sales Representative to join us. In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with our Sales and Engineering teams to support contractors and engineers. This is a great opportunity to become part of a knowledgeable, tight-knit team in a dynamic and evolving industry.
Responsibilities of this position include:
• Assist the sales team with equipment selection and pricing
• Prepare detailed and accurate quote proposals for HVAC equipment
• Use manufacturer-specific software to generate product selections
• Create comprehensive construction submittals tailored to specific project requirements
• Process and release equipment orders to manufacturers
• Provide customers with up-to-date lead times and shipment status information
• Address customer concerns and develop effective technical solutions
The successful candidate shall possess:
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent experience in the HVAC industry
• Familiarity with air-side HVAC product applications is a plus
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• High attention to detail
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong computer skills
