SEEKING LICENSED BOAT CAPTAINS- full-time or part-time positions available, able to work year round, or at least through October 31 with possibility of year-round.
Seeking mature, detail-oriented, licensed Captains for a high speed catamarans. Especially seeking Captains that are willing to work below decks as well as managing a crew. Candidates should have good radar skills, a general knowledge of Boston Harbor and the surrounding Islands, a strong focus on safety and ongoing crew training, and the ability to lead and inspire the crew members to deliver excellent service to passengers.

Ideal candidates for a Captain position at Boston Harbor Cruises should have one of the following licenses:
• 100 Ton Inland Captain’s License or 100 Ton Near-coastal Captain’s License
• Transportation Workers Identification Credential or TWIC Card.
• Marine Radio Operator Permit.
• CPR / First Aid Certificate.
If you are applying from outside Massachusetts, you must have the ability and means to relocate to the Boston area independently. The company does not provide relocation allowance.
