Background: Dr. Hannan is a full professor at Massachusetts Maritime Academy and currently the chairman of the Social Science Department. His interests include American Film history, History of Jazz, Sports in American History, History of New England and History of Boston. He is a member of the Board of Directors of the Abigail Adams birthplace.
