Qualified candidates require 5 years of experience in Power Plant Operations. Detailed knowledge of Power Plant equipment, operating procedures and standards to properly maintain and enforce cost effective, safe and efficient Facility Operations. Excellent communication skills, Leadership experience and problem solving/decision making skills. Working 12 hour rotating shift schedule required. Should be able to obtain and maintain ASME QRO Provisional license and ability to maintain Site specific operator's license. 2nd Class Engineers License required. Position salary to $140,000 depending on experience. You may be eligible for bonus up to 13% annual base salary. Health benefit program begins day 1 of employment. Excellent 401K matching plan.
