Senior Maintenance & Construction Supervisor (Apartments / Multifamily/ Construction)

Our Founder a MMA Grad, tasked us to hire talent to scale our current model. We are looking for those MMA grads that loved the leadership training and development but want to couple that entrepreneurial values.

Skills Required:

Maintenance/Construction Supervisor experience (5+ years)
Leadership of 5-10 team members
Construction and Maintenance knowledge / background
Hands on knowledge in the field
Organization and logistics to run projects and schedules
Customer Service direct with customers
Capital Project management and planning
Construction and Apartment Remodeling experience
What we do:

We buy apartment complexes and reposition them with interior and exterior renovations
Manage apartment rehab projects in a expedited timeline (3-6 months)
Renovate property exteriors including: Landscaping, exterior paint, roofing, paving, patios, common area amenities.
Renovate interiors of apartments including: modernize existing floor plans, replace flooring, paint, kitchen cabinets, counters, bathrooms, lighting, fixtures and add modern apartment amenities.
Best in class customer service moving apartments from Class "C" to Class "A".
Qualifications:

Community College / 4 year degree in Construction/Engineering or 5+ year experience
Reliable transportation
Hands on experience in the trades
Previous work experience
Relocation between Rockland, ME and Augusta, ME
