Associate Project Engineer
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Be proficient with AutoCAD and create engineered drawings.
Be proficient and demonstrate competence with NSG’s product offerings.
Prepare Fire Alarm, Security, Public Address, and AOR submittal packages.
Become proficient in executing revisions to Tier II documents including change orders, and resubmittal documentation.
Become proficient in learning and utilizing NSG file structure and maintaining project folders.
Maintain and update engineering tools including AutoCAD templates, BIM files, excel schedules, IP provisioning sheets and circuit calculation templates.
Familiarize and become proficient with the entire product offering from a configuration and operational perspective.
Review project documents, including Tier I drawings, Specifications, and Addenda.
Assist in project management responsibilities including change orders, Tier II drawing revisions, logistics and scheduling.
Create, develop and implement additional tools/resources to streamline the Engineering processes.
Resources/Support:
You will be fully supported by our Project Management and Engineering staff, this includes training on construction processes, submittal processes, CAD operation, project coordination and NSG processes and procedures.
You will be trained on all facets of the industry and processes during initial onboarding.

Job is entry level and is open for all engineering majors and includes a lot of work relative to the electrical field. (i.e classes like electrical machines, electronics, etc.)
All training to be provided as necessary during onboarding
