Massachusetts Maritime Academy Cadet Teleri Wilt Receives NDTA Foundation Scholarship for Second Consecutive Year 

BUZZARDS BAY, MA, MIDDLE RIVER, MD ISSUED JULY 17, 2024…Massachusetts Maritime Academy (MMA; www.maritime.edu), a top-ranked public university with undergraduate degree programs focusing on science, engineering, technology, math, and business that blend academics and experiential learning, is proud to announce Cadet Teleri Wilt as recipient of a $7,500 scholarship from the National Defense Transportation Association Foundation (NDTA). 

Wilt, a resident of Middle River, Maryland, will enter her senior year at the Academy this fall and is pursuing an undergraduate degree in Marine Transportation.

“Congratulations to Teleri on the receipt of her second NDTA Scholarship,” said Rear Admiral Francis X. McDonald, USMS, president of the Massachusetts Maritime Academy. “Criteria for this scholarship is based on academic achievement and a desire to become a transportation and logistics professional – Teleri is well-qualified and very deserving of this award!”
