Project Manager – High-End Residential Construction

Main duties:

-Oversee all phases of residential construction projects from preconstruction through close-out

-Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure timely and high-quality execution

-Develop and manage project budgets, schedules, and scopes

-Track progress, manage RFIs and submittals, and lead project meetings

-Review and approve invoices, change orders, and vendor payments

-Maintain strong communication with internal teams and field staff

-Ensure jobsite safety compliance and project documentation standards

-Support permit tracking and manage close-out and punch list processes
