EthosEnergy is currently recruiting for a Facility Manager to provide management and leadership for a multi-site portfolio consisting of Pittsfield Generating Station in Pittsfield MA, AL Pierce Station in Wallingford CT, Waterbury in Waterbury CT, and Forked River in NJ. The primary reporting location will be the Pittsfield Facility, a 3x1 combined cycle power station with GE 6B frames. AL Pierce is a SC GE 7EA, Waterbury is a SC GE LMS100, and Forked River is a two-unit SC GE 6B site. This position will be responsible for providing management direction and leadership to ensure that the facility is operated in a safe, reliable, and economic manner consistent with site O&M agreement, contracts, permits, and rules, regulations and written instructions from the facility owner. This position reports directly to the Regional Operations Director for EthosEnergy and provides for the main interface to the owner's representative of the facility.

Successful candidates must have 10+ years' experience in Operations and Maintenance leadership and management of a Combined Cycle Power Station. An active Massachusetts 1st Class Engineer License is required as is a 4-year degree or commensurate experience! Approved Salary Range for this position is $180,000 - $220,000 per year based on education and experience. 25% Plant Bonus (based on performance) is also included.

We’re looking for a skilled Control Room Operator (CRO) to ensure safe, efficient power plant operations. In this critical role, you’ll manage all on-shift activities—from cold startups to emergency responses—while leveraging your expertise in troubleshooting, decision-making, and leadership.

What You’ll Do:

• Operate and monitor plant systems using DCS technology
• Maintain compliance with all safety and regulatory standards
• Perform chemical analysis and control for steam, cooling, and condensate systems
• Issue Lockout/Tagout and other safety procedures
• Operate heavy equipment (manlifts, forklifts) and handle bulk chemicals

What We’re Looking For:

• MA 2nd Class Engineer License (required)
• U.S. citizenship
• Strong experience with plant operations and DCS systems
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and safety protocols
