A well established, local manufacturer of plumbing supplies and fixtures is currently in need of a Maintenance & Facilities Manager to join their team! This is a 25k sq ft building with a team of 7 direct reports. Ideal candidate has lead teams in a metal manufacturing environment.

$125-145k/yr + 20% annual bonus

Lead and actively participate in hands-on troubleshooting, repair, and preventive maintenance of CNC, screw machines, manual equipment, assembly systems, and facility infrastructure.
Provide technical leadership in electrical systems, including motor controls, PLCs, VFDs, sensors, and industrial control panels.
Plan, schedule, and manage the preventive maintenance program and CMMS/work order system.
Diagnose recurring equipment issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions.
Oversee building and utility systems including HVAC, boilers, compressed air, wastewater treatment, and electrical distribution.
