Graduate Leadership Development Program – Job Description
Location: Various Terminals | Full-Time | Program Duration: 24 Months

About the Program
Enstructure’s Graduate Leadership Development Program (GLDP) is a high-impact rotational initiative designed to develop the next generation of leaders in the maritime and logistics industry. Through hands-on experience, structured mentorship, and cross-functional exposure, program participants will gain the knowledge and skills needed to take on leadership roles within Enstructure’s nationwide operations.

Program Highlights
• 3–4 rotational assignments across key departments such as:
- Operations
- Commercial/Sales
- Finance
- Supply Chain
- Safety & Compliance
• Optional track in Engineering or Corporate Development
• Structured mentorship with senior leaders
• Leadership and communication training
• Permanent placement consideration upon program completion
Key Responsibilities
• Participate actively in each rotation by taking on meaningful projects and operational tasks
• Analyze and solve real business challenges
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and front-line employees
• Learn and apply key performance indicators (KPIs) relevant to each function
• Demonstrate adaptability and initiative throughout the program
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, Engineering, Maritime Studies, or a related field (required)
• 0–2 years of professional experience
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Analytical mindset with problem-solving ability
• Passion for leadership and operations
