What You Will Be Doing

The Team Leader II, Facilities is a critical leadership role responsible for ensuring the safe, efficient, and reliable operation of all plant systems, including steam, hydraulics, compressed air, electrical, HVAC, and water systems. This position leads and develops a team of facilities associates, driving performance through coaching, training, and a strong focus on safety, quality, and operational excellence. The role oversees building and grounds maintenance, manages system performance to support production needs, and coordinates preventive maintenance and capital projects to minimize downtime. Additionally, the Team Leader partners with cross-functional teams and external vendors ensure compliance with regulatory and safety requirements and supports emergency preparedness and response initiatives playing a key role in sustaining facility operations and continuous improvement.

What You Bring

High school diploma or equivalent required

Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) preferred

5+ years of supervisory experience required

Manufacturing experience preferred

2nd Class Stationary Engineer license required

Pay Range: $83,849.00-$104,550.00

The Stationary Engineer, 2nd Class serves as the engineer in charge, ensuring the safe, efficient, and compliant operation of high-pressure boiler systems and associated equipment. In this critical role, you will oversee daily boiler plant operations, implementing and enforcing procedures that meet stringent safety standards, regulatory requirements, and manufacturer specifications. You will monitor system performance, coordinate maintenance and inspections, and proactively address operational or safety concerns to maintain optimal reliability. Acting as the primary liaison with regulatory agencies, you will ensure full compliance with Massachusetts laws and industry standards while maintaining accurate operational records and logbooks. Through strong communication with facility leadership, you will help drive continuous improvement, operational excellence, and a culture of safety across the plant.

What You Bring:
Perform other duties as assigned by manager
High school diploma or equivalent required
5+ years of experience in boiler and steam plant operations
2nd Class Engineer License required
Facilities management and HVAC system knowledge preferred
