What You Will Be Doing

Join our dynamic Facilities Management team as an Associate Manager, Facilities and Utilities, where you'll play a key role in ensuring operational excellence across multiple sites. Under the guidance of the Senior Manager, you'll oversee daily facility operations, uphold compliance with regulatory standards, and drive continuous improvement through optimized procedures and stakeholder collaboration. You'll lead energy budgeting efforts, monitor usage, and advocate for cost-saving policy changes, all while maintaining critical infrastructure and systems. Engineering Shift Supervisor should hold a @nd Class Engineer License or 1st Class Engineer License. Requires 3 years supervisory & engineering experience in a Power Generation. Hands on experience with high-pressure boilers, steam turbines and electric generating equipment. Experience with instrumentation and control systems in a power plant. Position works a 12-hour rotating shift schedule. Desired a degree in engineering or related field. Salary range goes to $175,000 depending on experience and has a $20,000 Sign on bonus plus comprehensive benefit program including relocation assistance if needed.
