In this role you will assist our clients with their HVAC equipment needs. Leveraging your understanding of systems and equipment you will work within a group to help drive sales while providing outstanding customer service. This position requires a technical understanding of HVAC products and systems, effectively managing your time, and excellent communication skills. Buckley provides you with all the necessary technical training and tools to be successful in this role.
Position Responsibilities:
· Generate equipment selections and customer quotes for all the products that we represent, including but not limited to Fans, Mechanical Equipment, VRF, RGDs, VAVs.
· Prepare detailed submittals.
· Download drawings, specifications, schedules, and details.
· Perform accurate “take-offs” electronically using Planswift.
· Process stock and factory orders for customers.
· Answer phone calls and email requests from clients relating to quotations, order processing, order tracking, freight claims, product availability, field service, and warranties.
· following established sales processes and procedures at Buckley.
· Maintain knowledge of HVAC fundamentals and product lines.
· Maintaining a working understanding of all the products on our line card by consistently participating in factory and Buckley technical training offerings.
· Fulfill customer product and service needs by utilizing product knowledge and soliciting help from other team members and other internal resources.

Education & Experience Requirements:
· A degree in engineering is preferred but not required. Relevant industry experience may suffice in lieu of a degree.
· Working knowledge of Microsoft Office including Excel, Word, and Outlook
