The Port Engineer / Marine Mechanic is a key technical leader responsible for the safe, reliable, and cost-effective operation of the company’s oceangoing tug fleet. This hybrid role blends hands-on mechanical work with engineering management, project oversight, and regulatory compliance. The position supports vessel crews, manages maintenance programs, capital projects, and performs skilled mechanical troubleshooting of the vessels’ machinery. The ideal candidate is a self-directed problem solver with deep knowledge of marine propulsion systems, auxiliary machinery, diesel engines, and maritime regulatory standards.
This is a non-sailing, salaried position, based out of Port Canaveral, FL.
