As one of our larger conference rooms, the Constitution Conference Room can seat 20, with state of the art AV equipment and call capacity. This space, retrofitted with automatic blinds and room darkening shades, has sprawling views of the bay and beautifully maintained Academy grounds.
American Pilot Conference Room
Boasting wall to wall, floor to ceiling windows, The American Mariner Conference Room has stunning views of the Parade field, the waterfront and the Pande Dining Hall. The space can seat a party of 14, is ADA compliant, AV equipped and temperature controlled.

Located on the lower level, this intimate 8 person conference room is equipped with wifi, AV and AC.
Bay State Conference Room
The Bay State Conference Room is the perfect setting for any event casual to professional. This space can be set to meet your needs, whether that be conference style, classroom style, banquet or cocktail party! Fully retrofitted with the latest in AV technology, sound and multiple screens for viewers. The space is known for its up close and personal views of the waterfront.
President’s Conference Room
Located adjacent to the President’s Office, this conference room is a perfect location to host a private meeting for up to 12 guests. The room is equipped with AV, ADA compatible and temperature controlled.
