Mechanical Supervisor

Mechanical Supervisor reports to the Maintenance Manager and is responsible for the overall direction and effective coordination of the Maintenace Department activities. This position ensures that work is properly planned and safely executed on time for plant reliability. Desired is a bachelor's degree in an Engineering discipline is highly needed. Power Plant maintenance, including: NBIC boiler code work, ASME Power piping, job setup and execution planning, job cost and time estimating. Electrical and I/C cost and time estimating desired. Prior supervisory experience, planning and executing major outages, minor outages, forced outages and special projects. Proficient in using CMMS helpful for work management planning and execution. Midpoint for salary is $125,000 + exceptional benefit package and annual bonus. MA Maritime Graduates encouraged to apply.
