We’re seeking motivated engineers to join our team as Marine Hydraulic Engineers – no hydraulics or marine experience required! Job Description:
As a Marine Hydraulic Engineer in training, you’ll support our team in diagnosing, troubleshooting, and repairing marine hydraulic systems and equipment. This fast-paced role is ideal for someone ready to dive into new challenges – or redirect their engineering career into a dynamic field. You’ll begin with hands-on work alongside technicians, gaining practical experience, and progress into engineering responsibilities through our accelerated training pipeline.
Requirements:
A degree in mechanical engineering or a related field (recent grads or seasoned engineers welcome!)

Detail-oriented with a willingness to learn or adapt

Basic problem-solving and analytical skills (from any engineering discipline)

Comfortable working in a team and communicating effectively

Computer proficiency (CAD experience is a plus, but not required)

Willingness to work in tight spaces and embrace hands-on tasks

A passion for tackling technical challenges – whether new or familiar

Ability to relocate to Riviera Beach, FL before starting work (Required)

Desired Skills (Not Required – We’ll Teach You!):
Interest in hydraulic systems, vessel systems, or marine technology

Any exposure to machinery, fluid power, or electrical systems (from any field)

A curiosity about how things work and how to improve them
