The Academy's policy on sexual harassment, sexual discrimination, sexual assault and violence, stalking and domestic violence is contained in the state universities' Equal Opportunity, Diversity and Affirmative Action Plan. The Plan includes a summary of the statewide Title IX Policy and Complaint Procedures. The current, approved, Plan was adopted in 2014 and includes the statewide policy against sexual harassment and discrimination.
The Academy offers a variety of resources to those who have experienced or been affected by sexual violence, sexual harassment, gender-based harassment, domestic violence, stalking, and retaliation.
