Jenna Morton-Aiken is a teacher, scholar, and administrator who specializes in rhetoric and composition, or the study of writing practices. Her teaching is dedicated to providing students with tools to become better writers, opportunities to practice new skills, and flexible frameworks adaptive to any communication scenario. Students are given agency to facilitate their learning through assignments, discussions, and activities that encourage critical engagement and reflection.
Jenna was the 2015 recipient of the CWPA Graduate Student Writing Award and the 2018-19 Emergent Researcher Award (CCCC), and has published in *Technical Communication Quarterly*, WPA: Writing Program Administration, *Double Helix*, and Currents in Teaching and Learning.
