Sr. Specialist, Operations Integrity
Responsible for the administration of marine personnel workflow and day-to-day business operations.
GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES: Manage the process of reviewing, revising and publishing the company safety management system manuals and associated documentation. Provide a variety of routine and ad hoc statistical reports on operational and management system performance for internal and external customers. Monitor, review and closeout corrective actions in the quality management system. Serve as subject matter expert (SME) on various systems used by the department and represent the department in system update and process improvement projects. Conduct in person training on the use and application of software and process championed by the department. Assist in tracking the progress of different ISO certifications. Assist management as needed with vessel audit scheduling and attendance. Ensure the SharePoint sites are maintained.
TECHNICAL PROFICIENCY: Proficient in Microsoft Office products, including Excel, Outlook, Word, OneNote, OneDrive and SharePoint.
EDUCATION: Bachelor's degree in maritime operations or a related field; or a combination of post high school education and equal experience. Experience sailing under USCG Merchant Mariner Credential may be substituted substituted for educational requirement.
