Perform analysis and provide recommendations in order to assist management in making complex business decisions by creating specific financial and business models to solve or answer analytical questions. Prepare and upload budget and quarterly reforecasts.

Core Job Functions:
• Provide key analytical and project support over a broad range of areas
• Create project specific models and analysis to support appropriate cost/ benefit decisions
• Analyze other businesses for evaluating mergers and acquisitions
• Utilize corporate financial models to accept changing scenarios for managements understanding of risks and sensitivities
• Assist in creating processes and measurements as required
• Prepare and upload budget and quarterly reforecasts to Oracle
• Calculate bareboat chartered in vessels Profit Share on a quarterly basis
• Performs a comprehensive competitive analysis, including financial metrics and differentiation
• Assist the CFO with preparation of quarterly earnings release documentation
• Prepare Management’s Discussion and Analysis (MD&A) for 10Q and 10K SEC filings
• Assist with monitoring performance metrics for the investor relations function
• Provides information for presentations, press releases, and other communication materials for earnings releases, industry events, and presentations to analysts, brokers, and investors
• Monitors analyst reports and summarizes them for senior management
• Represent OSG in a professional manner to provide efficient and economic service to all customers

Core Competencies:
• Bachelor's degree required, MBA preferred
• 2+ years FP&A experience in corporate setting
• Maritime Academy graduate preferred
• Expert knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Basic knowledge of maritime industry preferred
• Project Management experience required
• GL Wand experience preferred
