Job Summary

Air & SeaFreight Export Coordinator

Your Role Responsibilities include but are not limited to the coordination of Air and Sea freight Export shipments such as:
- opening export files and handling shipments from A-Z- arranging for inland transportation, booking, document preparation, customs filing
- production of internal documentation
- assisting and advising customers of Arrival
- arranging deliveries
- processing invoices, rate and billing disputes
- processing quotation requests from clients and oversea partner offices
- attending client visits as requested
Your Responsibilities
- Operational duties to include coordination with shippers, truckers, steamship lines and JF Moran offices
- The complete process of shipment includes.
- Account management
- Negotiate cost-effective rates with service providers to ensure maximum profitability
- Maintain SOP’s and client profiles

Your Skills and Experiences
- College a plus or equivalent experience
- Usually requires a minimum of 2 years relevant experience in freight forwarding
- Strong verbal and written communication skills; and PC skills
- Employee requires completion of Dangerous Goods IMDG and IATA certification within first 90 days of employment
