Environmental Specialist - Field Chemist
•Travel to customer site in company vehicle
•Meet and greet the customer onsite to review the job
•Identify, segregate, and package expired and discarded chemicals
•Work with the customer to help solve problems
•Identify any work changes or additional materials
•Perform other related duties as assigned

Day in the Life
Every day is a little different, traveling to a different customer site each day:
•Travel to customer site in company vehicle
•Meet and greet the customer onsite to review the job
•Identify, segregate, and package expired and discarded chemicals
•Work with the customer to help solve problems
•Identify any work changes or additional materials
•Perform other related duties as assigned
What you need to apply
•Bachelor's Degree in Chemistry, Environmental Science or a related field (or an equivalent combination of education and experience)
•An understanding of basic chemistry
•An ability to learn and understand regulations (RCRA (Resource Conservation Act), DOT, etc.) as it relates to waste characterization and waste processing protocols
•Strong computer skills
•Fewer than 3 driving violations in the past 3 years
•The desire to obtain a CDL Class B with Hazmat endorsement
