What you will do:

We are seeking a seasoned technical professional with a proven track record of success developing and pricing design-build construction, infrastructure, and energy projects (with and without a savings guarantee).

Reporting to the Director of Engineering and Asset Solutions' Sales, responsible for:
•Developing pricing for Aramark EAS services in compliance with RFP requirements, and as part of unsolicited sales pursuits, in partnership with the sales team.
•Develop energy conservation measures (ECMs), including costs and paybacks for proposal development purposes
•developing the sales proforma workbook and supporting financial information for deal approval
•promoting the Aramark value proposition at the executive level by providing solutions to the customer’s business and financial challenges
•supporting the building and managing of long-term customer relationships/partnerships with key and target building owners
•Prepare detailed accurate material, labor, equipment, subcontracts, construction facilities, etc. estimates
•Foster relationships with subcontractors and suppliers
•Attend on-site pre-bid/proposal conferences and site visits
•Develop and review subcontractor scopes of work and accept, review, and analyze subcontractor quotes for best value
•Prepare project bid status reports and ensure compliance with all specifications and contract statements of work and bid invitations
•Present cost estimates and proposals to client that providing consideration for general and special conditions
•Prepare scope specifications and requirements, prepare and inputs project schedules, perform quantity take-offs, prepare cost summary sheets, and input quantities into estimating software
•Maintain accurate current database cost codes of accounts for historical data

How you will do it:
•Develops costing for Aramark offerings in compliance with RFP requirements, or as part of unsolicited sales pursuits in partnerships with Director of Business Development, consistent with Aramark standards and for the achievement of desired profit levels. Particularly focusing on design-build construction, infrastructure, and energy projects.
•Develops network of contacts internal and external to Aramark, necessary to estimating and/or pricing.
•Supports ongoing sales process, develops relationships, responds to and anticipates customer needs. Actively listens, probes and identifies opportunities. Understands the customer's business and speaks their language. Demonstrates technical and business acumen to develop credibility, loyalty, trust and commitment.
•Addresses customer's technical, financial, business, operational and environmental objectives, needs and requirements. Recommends solutions that match the customer’s business and challenges. Differentiates Aramark services and products from competitors based on business benefits and knowledge of competitor’s business strategies, needs and goals.
•Effectively communicates costing methodology in support of the sales proposal.
•Utilizes applicable technical sales tools effectively to plan and document progress.
•Supports the sales effort by building and fostering team relationships. Solicits support from and communicates effectively with internal staff.
•Sets appropriate customer expectations on Aramark service offerings. Participates project transition from sales to project implementation, and reviews such as final project inspection.

Attends and presents at trade shows, participates in professional organizations, as necessary.

Qualifications

•Bachelor’s degree in engineering (preferred), construction or related discipline required.
•Experience costing design-build construction, infrastructure, and energy savings’ projects.
•A minimum of five to seven years of progressive field and client experience.
•Excellent initiative, and interpersonal communications skills.
•Ability to travel 50%.
